i spent over 3 grand, only because i thought my case had the oportunity to get complicated

however it turns out during the whole ordeal, the only thing they help me do

was fill out my form correctly. Hindsight i could have save thousands, but IF

something had happened the during my pending case, i wanted someone who supposely

one of the best in the state to guide me.

Almost everyone I have heard go to a lawyer has had problems.

A co-coworkers papers for AOS is being handled by a Lawyer paid for by the company and the Lawyer has screwed the application up twice already.

Not worth the money.

I just went through a terrible experience with an attorney. If you're filing a k1 visa then use an attorney that does a lot of k1s.

TALK TO SEVERAL ATTORNEYS BEFORE HIRING ONE. TRUST ME

I only spoke to one attorney and very much regret it.

I would recommend one if you can afford it. I made one stupid mistake with the supporting evidence that caused my fiance's visa to be denied. Is a couple grand worth another 6 months + if you have to appeal or refile? Looking back I wish I had spent that money.
