Hello. I was wondering what my next steps are now if any. My fiance has decided to return home and our relationship is over. her visa expires end of this month. Do I need to do anything such as call uscis to inform them? to officially cancel the visa? thanks in advance for any help.

The Visa is a one time visa, nothing to cancel.

You do not need to inform anyone.

She has used the K1 to enter the US? If so then her visa is already invalid and she cannot come back on that same visa. You do not fullfil the requirement of getting married within 90 days and so the case is closed. You don't have to do anything.

Foreign citizen does not have such a limitation.

Ok, that's technically true but it just means if you file again, you need to send a letter of explanation, requesting a waiver along with the petition. Your reasons are legitimate, so I wouldn't sweat it if I were you.

I think you only need the waiver after the 2nd petition. I was married and divorced and already have an approval on my new fiance, just waiting for the interview.
