A quick A Number question

I know I've asked this before but the forum wipe killed my answers.

My Fiancee has been to the US before on a Work Visa. Her work Visa had an A-Number on it.

Does that number only apply to the older work Visa, or is that her A Number for life and do we need to put it on the G325A?

Yes, put that A number on the forms for your fiance.

Aussie, once someone is assigned an A number, is that their A number forever, or does it change each time the visa changes? (Just asking for gee-whiz) Also that's the number on the NOA I form too, right?

You can have numerous A numbers assigned, but each A number, even a past one will stay connected to you in the system.

The A number starts with an A....its not the receipt number on the NOA. Some get assigned an A number on the NOA2, some do not. I didn't. It doesn't really matter at this stage if one knows it or not.
