i just want to ask if foriegn fiance(e) needs financial information like bank account or job to prove that she or he wont be public charge in USA!!!?

please if anybody knows any information, tell us !!

cuz for bank account it must be more than 3 months!!

From what I read, it doesn't matter about the foriegn money. As long as you promise to support him and not be a welfare family. It should be all good.

No nothing is required of the foreign fiancee. The US petitioner must have a job or financial means to support the foreign fiancee (and his own and her children if any). The foreign fiancee will need vaccination certificate, police clearance, medical etc. - you will know exactly what when the packet 3 arrives. good Luck

(4) Public charge.-

(A) In general.-Any alien who, in the opinion of the consular officer at the time of application for a visa, or in the opinion of the Attorney General at the time of application for admission or adjustment of status, is likely at any time to become a public charge is inadmissible.

This is for tourist visas. You have to show TIES to your home country to prove that you will return. With a K-1, the beneficiary does not return to their home country permanently. K-1 visas has a separate set of guidelines which the petitioner must meet. The beneficiary's financial situation does not matter.

but i am foriegn fiancee i am not yet his wife to be from 4C ( family)!!!

they would apply if you don't have a family-sponsored petition and an Affidavit of support.
