I would put other and say "K-1 pending adjustment of status"

AOS Approved on 10-17-08 (details in profile)

Removal of Conditions on 07-19-10

In this tedious process, we tend to forget that this is all worth it.

I love my hubby beyond anything in this world.

If you have a green-card, you check Permanent, if you are in process of waiting for green-card you can check other and indicate K-1 Visa holder.

Also US Citizen sponsor who filed I-864 will also need to file I-865 to indicate their moving too.

Lastly, if you are AOS pending, you will need to contact USCIS and inform them of the address change, and later call them again to confirm.

I have read many posts of people moving while AOS is in process, and they fail to receive important things like interview letter, they end up missing the interview, and then find out that USCIS has started removal proceedings for the NO=Show to the AOS interview.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
