I overnighted the K1 application packet to the California Service Center yesterday. I was just wondering if anyone else applied in the last week or so. Thought it might be interesting to compare notes and processing times.

Hi,my fiance sent our application last March 13 and sent it overnight too.

Our application was delivered the following day,Friday at 11:10am.

09/25/2005 - Date when I filed for Declaration for Nullity of Marriage (Manila RTC)

01/04/2007 - Met my Fiance on MySpace.com

05/04-12/2007 - First visit

07/16/2007 - Pre - Trial hearing

10/05/2007 - First hearing

01/11/2008 - Decision granted

02/13/2008 - Court released the finality

02/22/2008 - Sent my fiance all the docs needed to file for a K-1

03/12/2008 - Received the docs that i sent him

03/13/2008 - I129F sent to CSC

03/14/2008 - I129F delivered at CSC signed for by E.Galindo at 11:10AM

03/20/2008 - Check cashed

03/21/2008 - NOA1 received thru mail

I sent our I-130 nto the Chicago lock-box on March 6. it arrived March 7. NOA 1 generated March 12. I got the NOA 1 on March 17. Check cashed on March 18. I sent I-129 to California Service enter on March 18.

January 31, 2008.......Return to China

February 1, 2008.......Marriage Registered in Urumqi

February 4, 2008.......Ceremony and dinner at Hotel

March 6, 2008...........I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox

March 7, 2008...........Received at Chicago

March 12, 2008.........NOA1 on I-130

March 18, 2008.........I-129F sent by overnight USPS

March 20, 2008.........Received at CSC (so much for overnight!)

March 21, 2008.........NOA1 on I-129f

March 25, 2008.........Both cases Touched

May 9, 2008..............I-130 and I-129F Approved!

May 12, 2008............Email notice that both petitions were approved!

May 17, 2008............NOA2's arrived by mail

May 19, 2008............NVC recieved

May 21, 2008............Leave NVC for GUZ

May 26, 2008............Arrive GUZ, waiting at Customs

July 2, 2008..............Papers FINALLY our of "CLEARANCE DELAY"

July 3, 2008..............Out to DHL Facility (?)

July 3, 2008..............Consulate received

July 20, 2008.............P3 arrived

July 20, 2008.............P3 returned to Consulate

CSC received our packet 3-20-08 and issued NOA1 (cashed check) on 3-24-08. No touches since.

USCIS recieved ours on March 30, 2008, the NOA1 was issued on April 4, 2008, recieved hardcopy in mail on April 9th, 2008. So were off and running! :thumbs:

My husband sent the I-130 to the Chicago lockbox on March 18th. We sent the I-129F to the wrong address (Chicago Lockbox) on April 25th. Last monday (04/14) we realized we had made a mistake!! 2 weeks wasted! But that's ok... We will survive!! :blush:

We received our I-129F package back on 04/15 and we sent another I-129F package to Vermont Service Center today!! I hope they process our cases real fast because is horrible to be far from our loved ones...
