good morning everyone

it seems like march is gorgeous and awesome month

prophet MUHAMMAD (PBUH) birthday ,easter, Egyptian mother's day are coming up plus

there are many couples in VJ got their visas this month like:- faith,micky,myheartwillgoon ,m.b.k and elwalk

there are so many couples still waiting for their visas .there are all in my prayers especially

laynnandahmed,ahmedncheryl,mohamedandmelinda,oneder,t and a,bridget ,ayesha4akrem.......

and inshaallah they will get their visas this month and they will hear good news soon

i will try to make sure that i will get my interview on march so i will get the visa so fast LOOL

July 19------------Send the I-129F

July 26------------Recieved

December 7th----NOA2 online

December 14-----NOA2 Hard Copy

December 21-----NVC recieved

December 28-----NVC send to US embassy in Ethiopia

January 8---------US embassy in Ethiopia will recieve

January 11--------Packet 3

February 7 -------Interview

February 7 -------Passed interview

February 12------VISA in hand

February 22------IN the USA

March 1-----------Wedding

March 15----------Sent AOS

July 7 -------------Finger Print

January 27, 2009--Green card approved without interview. It took almost one year though.

Feb 2 -------------Got the green card in the mail

Next: playing the waiting game for the 2 years holding removal

Our timeline:

September 29, 2005.......met online.

October and November 2006......was in Egypt with my sweetie.

November 1, 2006......We were married.

December 2006........I-130 filed

January 2007...........I-129 filed

April 2007................I-130 and I-129 approved

June 14, 2007.........Visa interview completed

December 2, 2007.....Home interview

February 12, 2008........Second interview

February 26, 2008....I was called by the embassy and was given a short interview over the phone and was told that my case will be moved forward and someone would contact my husband soon to send in his passport.

March 2, 2008......My husband was contacted by the embassy to send in his passport.

March 3, 2008......Passport sent by DHL.

March 4, 2008......Embassy received the passport.

March 18, 2008......VISA IN HAND!!! YEAH!!

August 15, 2008....filed I-485 adjustment of Status and I-765...Employment Authorization

October 14, 2008.....I-765...Employment Authorization approved, card received 1 month later.

January 15, 2009......Adjustment of Status interview for green card...approved!!! Received green card two weeks later.

yeah i will try to hurry up and get my self to the clean version of hell but i hope then they will change and it wont be clean version of hell for me LOL

Yes, March is a wonderful month for many members on VJ. It is exciting to pass each day with good news. I wish we will all get through this and can all begin our lives, yes 2008 is our year and by the grace of God, it is a wonderful year.

Yes, Tammy! This is your season, girlfriend. Sometimes we get a bit discouraged in our hearts when we see people getting their visa's while ours is still on hold.... even when we are happy for those people. But Im here to tell ya, they can take your turn, but they surely cannot take your time. God is mighty and powerful, and indeed this is your season. Claim it and believe God. He makes house calls when we cry out to Him. ;)
