Urgent, regarding G325A whoes name on the petitioner form

i feel dump asking, i'm applying for my mother, as ir1, i got the 130, g325a etc, going, but i am filling out the g325a to email her to print and sign and return to me.

question at the bottom of the g325a it shows applicants' name to be filled out, numbers etc. Question:::: do i fillout her name on her G325a or do I put my name as the applicant on her form,????

,, Common sense say's i put her name, but i want to make sure. thanks.

and do i put my name on my name and info on the bottom of the for my g325a???? or hers'???

You don't need G-325A for your mother. G-325A are used when one files for his/her spouse. Read the I-130 instructions carefully.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Timeline

IF you fill out your name it will come down to you, so it will be better to put your mother name down. so if they have any question they could contact her instead of you.

July 19------------Send the I-129F

July 26------------Recieved

December 7th----NOA2 online

December 14-----NOA2 Hard Copy

December 21-----NVC recieved

December 28-----NVC send to US embassy in Ethiopia

January 8---------US embassy in Ethiopia will recieve

January 11--------Packet 3

February 7 -------Interview

February 7 -------Passed interview

February 12------VISA in hand

February 22------IN the USA

March 1-----------Wedding

March 15----------Sent AOS

July 7 -------------Finger Print

January 27, 2009--Green card approved without interview. It took almost one year though.

Feb 2 -------------Got the green card in the mail

Next: playing the waiting game for the 2 years holding removal
