Is anyone waiting for I-130 approval NOA2 that filed in July at CSC

yes, I will be waiting for my I -130 which was file on July (25th 2007)? I was wondering that did ur I -130 get approved yet? If it is then when did you file in July??? Thanks!!!!! :unsure:

No we filed for I-130 after the wedding (11 July 07, this is the NOA1) and I129 on (9 Oct 07, NOA1) and its been 251 days since the I130 and still no NOA2.

No we filed for I-130 after the wedding (11 July 07, this is the NOA1) and I129 on (9 Oct 07, NOA1) and its been 251 days since the I130 and still no NOA2.

I hope that answers your question.

We havent get our NOA2 also. its a kind of frustating :(:( .

As you can see our timelines below it already took 260 days now from the I-130.

But we still patiently waiting for our NOA2. hopes that we will be the next to recieve

the NOA2. We just always pray to the Almighty God.

Please file up your timeline.

09-04-2007 I-129F NOA1

09-14-2007 touched

we're still waiting to be touch and get approve soon....

Hi there, we submitted I130 on 20 August 2007 (NOA1 dated 1 October 2007) and I129F on 05 October 2007 (NOA1 dated 09 October 2007). Our cases were touched 3 times; 30/31 October and 01 November 2007 (presumably to join them). No touches after that. Received NOA2 approvals for both cases on 11 March 2008. I have noticed that CSC has done a lot of approvals over the past two weeks. It appears they're getting there!

I upgraded my petition on July 24, 2007, so I am counting it like from that time, even though I submitted 11/19/06 and I should really be counting from that time.

we have not Received any approval yet :crying:

10.15.08 - AP over :) Embassy called hubby to go get his Visa - HAPPIEST DAY!!!

10.20.08 - Visa Issued

11.25.08 - POE (JFK then SFO)

11.26.08 - Visa Journey is Over!! TOOK 737 DAYS....Habibi is Home!! :) :)

USA

11.25.08 - POE

12.10.08 - Applied for SS Card

12.15.08 - Welcome Letter Received

12.17.08 - SS Card Received

12.26.08 - Green Card Received :)

Begin Naturalization process 2011 ~ Inshallah

I just got our approval on March 13. I filed July 16 and the NOA1 date was July 25.

* Jan 3, 2003 - Met the love of my life

* Oct 18, 2006 - We got Married

I-130:

* Jul 16, 2007 - Sent I-130 to Nebraska Service Center

* Jul 19, 2007 - I know it's sitting in the PO Box today

* Jul 27, 2007 - Check cashed for I-130 Fee

* Aug 2, 2007 - NOA1 Arrived in the mail dated Jul. 25

* Sep 19, 2007 - ~Touch~ Placed with I-129F

* Dec 4, 2007 - ~Touch~ Address Change

* Mar 7, 2008 - ~Touch~

* Mar 13, 2008 - NOA2 Mailed - We got an approval!

* Jun 3, 2008 - Entered into NVC System

*Jun 4, 2008 - DS- 3032 emailed

*Currently waiting to send I-864.

I-129F:

* Sep 6, 2007 - Mailed I-129F to California Service Center

* Sep 10, 2007 - I-129F arrived to Laguna Niguel PO Box

* Sep 17, 2007 - NOA1 Arrived in the mail dated Sep. 12
