Today I get home, open the mail and see another ASC notice. It states that the FBI was unable to process my fingerprint card. I am so annoyed and confused why they need to see me again.

My husband and I have to take another day off work and drive 3 hours there and back. I thought I was done with this, first of all I wait 6 months for my Bio appointment after countless calls, and now I have to go again. I was wondering how common this is? Anybody have an idea?

Someone else who had their prints done in Philly reported the same thing here a week or two ago.

When they took our electronic prints for updated id cards, at work, there were several people with fingerprint issues BUT they knew right away. I was told the machine let them know if the prints were acceptable...sounds like someone was not paying attention.
