let me go pull out my husband birth certificate.........his father name is not on it either. In Jamaica I didn't know that they have to pay to put the father's name on the birth certificate how true is that?

Let us know Dimples, because my fiance's father is not on his birth certificate either..

Yeah my hubby so call daddy name aint on his birth certificate.

when i filed for my husband I put his daddy name on the I-130 application and all the other applicationns even though it wasn't on his birth certificate.

Plus the man that his mother said is the father is not the father.

Ok so here is what i was told my NVC this morning.....they said in the section that asks for his info Ques 15 & 15 on DS-230 i should say (NONE) by the way, my father died. They also said that i should write a note and send it in also....actually i plan to write the note and sign it along with my mom and a Justice of the Peace.

Andre's dads name is/was not on his birth papers. I did write in the name and whatever information we did have on him on any papers that required it. Didn't make a bit of difference.
