I keep seeing posts where people have had their cases trasferred to the CSC what is the difference between that and the National Benefits Center?

Oh by the way after filing on Jan 17, 2008, i have recieved my AP on March 14, 2008 and my EAD on MArch 15, 2008! now just patiently awaiting the GC, then i will be a happy happy happy man.

What are the odds i will not have an interview if i have been married 1 year before the AOS sent in and have a chile with my wife?

Thanks a bunch!

Scott

Chicago is the mail processing center for NBC, the adjudicator there will look at the case briefly and decide to either send the AOS case to CSC for further adjudication, or they will send the AOS case on to your field office for interview.

If it is sent to CSC, typically the adjudicatior at CSC will process and approve without an interview, or if they decide an interview is needed, they will just send it back to NBC and NBC will send it to your field office for interview.

NBC only processes the I-131, and I-765, they do not process the I-485.
