I have put so many miles on a bicycle you would be stunned. In my youth it was my primary source of transportation to well into my 20's.

Wow you were a penniless loser well into your 20's?

How pathetic.

If you live that close you should bike to work, short trips are the worst for fuel economy and your car's engine...unless they have change the internal combustion engine significantly recently.

I have put so many miles on a bicycle you would be stunned. In my youth it was my primary source of transportation to well into my 20's.

But at this time in my life I have earned the right to drive what ever I want. I choose a Tahoe, because it works for me. It helps when I need to work on my rental house, it helps when I haul groceries. Plus I do get that tax deductions for using it to work on the rental house.

I don't care what effect it has on the engine or fuel economy. When it dies it will be a good excuse to buy a new one.

If you want to pedal your A$$ around feel free!

I like to bike to work, it saves on gas and I get some fresh air and time to think. Besides, in another 20 years you're going to wish you had continued to bike to work because your azz is going to define who you are.

Refusing to use the spellchick!

I have put you on ignore. No really, I have, but you are still ruining my enjoyment of this site. .

Maybe? There was a spell in my early 20's where it was in my best interest not to drive my car. So it sat while I rode my bicycle to work.

It was 68 GTO. I sure miss that car!

Remember my goal is to die by the time I am 75. So as to not be a burden on society.

I have too many errands to do everyday to mess around with riding a bicycle, It would be counter-productive. No carrying capacity.

I did enjoy those 10 mile bike rides to Vancouver, Washington and back.

I have a '06 GTO. Nothing like the classic, of course, but still LOTS of power (400 horsepower 6L V8) in a tiny coupe!

Suspended license? "In my best interests not to drive", I like that.

It was a GTO! 400 ci, 4 speed Muncie close ratio with a 4.11 positraction rear end. What do you expect?

So, which other measures are you taking to ensure your goal is fulfilled?
