hello

i got both 129f and 130 approved and the noa2 says both case transfered to NVC. how much time it take to reach NVC and how u know that nvc started working on u case. and can we do anything about our case so it can speed our visa process. we called nvc and they said to wait for there reply.

pls suggest how much time it take for k3 visa after noa2 and case reach after NVC

i also wan to ask wt i have to do if i wan to get k3 first if my both petition is approved

Maybe someone can answer you here in this forum, but I suggest you ask in the K3

forum where VJers have experience with this situation. FWIW I was reading over there

yesterday that NVC shoots out files to embassies within a week or so. But try over

there to make sure.
