ok I got married about 2 months ago , and I am now filling for AOS

I enterened the US as a F1 student , I got my SS , I got my EAD card which is exp now but i was in the process of renewing it . I later had met my wife and we got married and we have a baybe boy on the way

ive read through this site for about a week now

and I need some help with the filling process which can be intimidating at times

1)I have read that you are suppose to send 4 G-325A pages , but in the package that USCIS had send me I only received 3 of em .

Should I still send 3 of em or print the last one and also should i file 2 and then my wife 2 ?

2)the affadivit of support should i send that , if neither me or my wife have a current income , but we get support from my parents ?

3) I forgot to order the I-765 , should i sent i-485/ I-30 and then efile 1-765 or should i just have the form delivered to me and then file em all together ?

4) The front page wich i received with my package is a pink page which reads ADIT INFORMATIONAL SHEET

on the right hand corner their is a A# number but it doesnt say alien registration number but APPLICATION REGISTRION NUMBER is this still the same as the ALIEN NUMBER ?

thats all for now i would greatly appreciate youre help

print them from USCIS website, you both need to send in 4 copies.

2)the affadivit of support should i send that , if neither me or my wife have a current income , but we get support from my parents ?

are your parents here in the US? If so, They need to fill out the affidavit of support. If they are not in the US, you need to find a US resident/citizen co-sponsor. Your wife will also have to fill one out, whether or not she has a job.

3) I forgot to order the I-765 , should i sent i-485/ I-30 and then efile 1-765 or should i just have the form delivered to me and then file em all together ?

download it from USCIS website.

4) The front page wich i received with my package is a pink page which reads ADIT INFORMATIONAL SHEET

I think it is the same, but did you have an A# with your student visa? Just curious, I dunno how the student visas work.

thats all for now i would greatly appreciate youre help

for AOS, only the Applicant(not the Sponsor) needs to send in the 4 G-325A pages.

The A# is the Alien Registration number. I haven't encountered any Application Registration number while filling out the AOS package. Not sure if its the same.

When you say you got three of them, did you get three sets of the same four pages? The G-325A has four pages, all basically the same.. you and your wife each need to fill one out for the I-130 (I think.. ) and then you the applicant needs to fill out another set of 4 for the I-485..

When I downloaded the applications, the g325 says you supouse to send 4, but when I went to talk to my lawyer She told me that They only need one, but anyway I sent 4 :-)

c u later

did they mean that the G 325 itself is 4 pages , and they send 3 packets of four pages thus 12

strange

but ok so the affadavit of support is kind of tricky

my mom is the one supporting us
