We received our approval on feb 14 and letter from the NVC on Feb 21 stating our petition is to be forwared to the US Embassy in Manila. My fiance has yet to receive packet 3. We have our MNL number and go to the US Embassy Manila website and do not have an interview date. I was wondering if it is possible for my fiance can go to Manila to pick up Packet 3?

first, there is no packet 3. packet 4 is not sent till after the interview has been scheduled. if your fiance hasn't received the packet and her medical is approaching, you can arrange to have the packet picked up at St Lukes. the packet can not be picked up at the Embassy.

Maybe packet 3 is the "information packet" and packet 4 is the "interview packet". She has not recieved the "infomation packet" and we need to do some police clearances for Hong Kong and Singapore. I am somewhat concerned that we will not have enough time to do the police clearances by the interview date. If possible i would like to get the "infomation packet" as soon as possible. What is the best way of doing this?
