I got my rfe today there were 2 things they said we didnt send here i will show you

***in order to process your application further, submit a copy of birth certificate for petitioner listed on i-130.the birth certificate must provide the parents name in order to properly establish the relationship between yourself and the petitioner. ***

do i need to send my birth certificate bc i know we sent his in arabic and english with his parents name on it right in the middle of the page!!!! i sent a copy with my birth certificate in the i-129f form and thought i didnt need to send it again. they said to refer to page to "what documents do you need to prove family relationship?"

i sent the marriage certificate a copy of course sent the g-325a pic of him. should i have attached a picture of me? neither of us were previously married. we sent a copy of our lease to them to make sure that they know we lived together. ugghh.

next yes next...

says i need to provide income tax for 2006 well its 2008 i thought all i needed was income taxes for 2007 bc they want most recent so thats all i sent. why the heck do they need 2006 1040's. what does it matter i didnt make enough money in 2006 to afford this #######!! and my parents will not support us at all. do i need to get his brother to give us his taxes for 2006 bc i only made 3,000 in 2006 bc i was still going to college.

I'm having trouble following your entire post...but...I'll try my best. What you sent with the I 129f is irrelevant now. You must send the birth certificate (translated) again for AOS.

No you don't need to send a picture of the US citizen.

If you sent the marriage certificate but they are still questioning whether or not you're married, I'd send it again.

As far as the tax returns go - do what they ask. If you've only sent the 1040 for 2007 (I'm having a hard time figuring out what you've sent!), you'll also need to send in the accompanying W2 forms. The best way to avoid this problem is to send them an official tax transcript from the IRS, but it's probably too late for that now.

If you did not make 125% above the poverty line for either 2006 or 2007, I'd get a joint sponsor. His brother can only do this if he is an American citizen.
