On the I-134 paperwork that is to be filled out by myself, the USC, and my mother, the co-sponser, does she leave question 10 "I have submitted a visa petition...." blank or do I have her fill in the same information as myself. I filed, not her, so I am unsure as to what I do here.

The co-sponsor did not file the petition, so should not answer question ten. Just state none.
