how do i find out where i should send the forms once i finally fill them out?

im in georgia, so do i send them to the district off, if so where do they go from there?

The instructions should be on the forms and please when you do send the paperwork please remember to fill in your timeline as that is very important to calculate the statistics on this board. Thank you and good luck on your journey.

The instructions should be on the forms

FYI, the instructions on the forms are often wrong. It's better to check the uscis.gov webage for each form to make sure you've got the current instructions (including where to mail---nothing is mailed to a District Office) and up to date fees.
