I looked up all the Timelines that were similar to mine and EVERY SINGLE one has been APPROVED that I could find..

Is there anybody out there that has filed in January that has NOT been approved yet...

Yes, there are 20-30 January filers that still are not approved, including myself. The process is not transparent, and just because other filers close to your timeline have been approved, and you haven't doesn't mean you should panic. I understand where you are coming from, we are anxiously awaiting our NOA2.

There have been February approvals already, and people from last fall are still waiting for NOA2. I'm in a similar timeframe to you, and all I can suggest to you is patience. It's not easy I know, but it's all we've got, because getting frustrated/upset over it isn't going to help.

02/05/2008: NOA1

03/19/2008: NOA2 (48 days)

05/13/2008: Interview (103 days) APPROVED!!!!

05/23/2008: Visa In Hand

05/25/2008: Stephen's Flight to USA Coming home with me!!!!

06/20/2008: Civil Wedding

ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS

07/07/2008: Filed AOS, EAD & AP

07/14/2008: NOA1 for AOS, EAD & AP

08/15/2008: Biometrics

09/05/2008: EAD & AP (60 days) APPROVED!!!!

09/11/2008: AP arrived in the mail

09/13/2008: EAD arrived in the mail

09/20/2008: Family Wedding Ahhh, finally the stress is over!

09/22/2008: AOS Interview Appointment Letter

11/04/2008: AOS Interview (10AM) APPROVED!!!!

11/14/2008: GreenCard Received

03/28/2009: Connor (our son) arrived into the world at 10:00PM

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

09/27/2010: I-751 packet mailed to VSC

09/29/2010: NOA1 received

12/03/2010: Biometrics

01/24/2011: Approval E-mail Received 01/26, 9:30AM (120 days) APPROVED!!!!

01/28/2011: GreedCard Received

Don't freak out yet. Vermont is the fastest one, but mine took longer than some other people I know who sent theirs in after I did. It's only been 2 months and there are people who will wait a lot longer than you. I bet you will get your notice within weeks maybe days. Don't go with the service center's prosessing times they are never right anyways. Thinking about it will drive you crazy it did to us.

January??? My God!

I bet you are a VSC filer.

I wish i would have your problems.

I'm expecting for mine to be approved by the end of june if not later...

My timeline is similar to yours and I was also touched on 2/17. I have heard nothing since then.

Our turn for approval is coming. There doesnt seem to be any specific or rational sequence how USCIS does these approvals.

Yes dear, there are still 29 vjers who filed last January @ VSC waiting for approval, including us. And there are still those who have been waiting few more months back.

We will get it in due time, let's just continue stretching our patience and keeping faith that it will soon come.

06/18/2012...... Email notification, N400 placed in line for interview

06/29/2012...... Email notification, N400 scheduled for interview

07/05/2012...... Interview Letter Received

08/07/2012...... Interview (PASSED)
