Oh, yeah .... sorry, that'll be because of all the goodluck charms I've got hanging around, and the fact that I've taken up religion in hope it will get USCIS to hurry up ..... not just one religion .... ALL of them, that way I thought I'd cover every base ..... some days I don't know whether to pray to one God or five .... wear an orange robe .... give all my money to charity in hope something good will happen .... drink some wine .... tinkle some bells .... or avoid pork.

All rabbits run away from me now incase they end up without paws .... and my lucky socks are just about worn through .... I'm sure I've single handedly pushed up the trading rate on wax due to the amount of candles I've been burning ..... and I've made little pin cushion dolls to stand for all those who work for USCIS and are NOT working on I-130's ...... and you've managed to get information on the speeding up of the system .... thank goodness for that ..... because I'm exhausted.

Disclaimer: I'm not belittling religion .... this was purely meant for fun .... there were no rabbits harmed .... nor pin cushion dolls made etc. .... however, I cannot be held responsible for the amount of wine I've drunk.

Lol  God (USCIS) bless you ! I consider myself USCIS as a black box. You input and never know what's happening inside and one day you'll get an output. Very few people get this black box information and luckily I am one of them

So, if you're saying Oct/Nov/Dec filers are going to get something by the end of this month or early next month .... does that mean they're going to slow down again when it comes to the January filers ??? .... or do you think they're going to throw us into the mix too ??

What else can we do but laugh......it helps

Lotofluck VJers!!!!!

When I joined this forum, I picked a wrong name "lotofpatience". It should have been "hardlypatience"

USCIS is working hard or hardly to approve the petitions ???

Just a thought... Since there was a fee hike in July 30 2007, so many filers came in to USCIS before that deadline. Does that mean petitioners wanted to actually file after July 2007 (eg: Aug/Sep/Oct 2007) acted earlier, reduced the no. of applications in those subsequent months ???
