Any time the date changes on USCIS site, that is what is called a "touch".

Hmmmm.... ok..... I've never noticed the date changing.... THANKS!!

I'd fill in my timeline... but we haven't been on the ball with sending our stuff in... it'd make the timeline look a lot slower.. we started our K-3 in 2006 and I just sent in my AOS this january.

Biometrics February 25th

RFE February 28th

Rec'd RFE March 12th

My official "cut & paste" answer regarding "touching"...

"Touching" is meaningless and no big deal. Some petitions get 'touched" and others never do. It only indicates someone had your petition in their hands and scanned it into on the database. Other than proving your petition is not in the trash, it is nothing to get excited over. What truly counts are NOAs (yeah!) and RFEs (Boo!) :)
