Hello Guys

I have a slight predicament which I would really appreciate anyones input or advice. We have our wedding booked for mid sept but probably rather foolishly didnt actually send our i129f until mid feb. After posting this on another expat website all of the advice given was that we wouldnt get our visa in time and we should cancel the wedding until we recieve the visa. We recieved our notice of action 2 on the 15th of march(which was a shock as another website said this would take 6 months) and I think we may be ok. Can anyone guide me in timeframes from the NOA2 please. I would really appreciate this as it's something I've been really worried about.

Regards

Stu

Its hard for anyone to estimate when you will get the interview and visa, but can you please :time: This will help others to help you too.

It really depends on which country you have the interview in, but if you have already received your NoA2 you should be approved in plenty of time for a September wedding.

It's hard to give better advice until you give us a little more information :)

Yeah - we would need to know the consulate for starters - filling in your timeline and profile info would be a real help.

It sounsd as if you will be fine if you have your NOA2 already but if you are with a consulate that takes months to get packet 3 out and arrange interview dates (isn't it Montreal that takes ages? And China is pretty slow too) then you might be pushing it...
