OMG I had no idea til I just read this that I missed an opportunity to have a slumber party in the chat room! I am so sorry if I offended anyone. I have been busy getting Ibrahim settled in.

Ya know, when my ex left me in July, I didnt post our breakup for 4 days here, because I didnt want to ruin an upcoming slumber party that we had planned with my depressing mood. (was that Irene's or tammy's?) I didnt want to take from their excitement with my pain.

I DO NOT only suggest parties for people I am close to....I never thought of the vj chat room as a clique as anyone can and does pop in not just from MENA. If the person getting interviewed is not in the country, we usually don't meet up. If it is a 2nd interveiw or review or AOS, we don't meet up....I am just very sad now and wonder if I will EVER again suggest a mena slumber party. I do know,,each one was special and meaningful, not just to the one waiting but for all of us as we associate in 'real time' and not just the boards.

I am really sorry that I missed an interview and for that I apoligize. I hope I can be forgiven. Man, I am so freakin depressed now.

Jackie - I think its amazing how you keep up with so many interviews..and honestly it would be impossible to get each and every one w/o reminders...I know you would gladly and graciously host everyone's slumber party because that is the type of person you are.....supportive and caring...don't be depressed...we all love you... :luv:

I didnt post that i agreed 100% about being iqnored for a pity party lol, i know ive made some great friends here and i appriciate all the support ive got here, in the situation im in. i am ALWAYS here for anyone who wants to talk to me, i am open for any type of conversation. like i said earlier, i may not have much to offer as far as the visa process because our process is kinda like not gonna happen for the US, but that doesnt mean im not here to listen to anyone who needs to vent or anything.

also like i said i know im not around very often anymore. most days im too depressed to do anything being here and usually i am spending as much time with Daemian as possible trying to make the very best out of this trip.

in 94 days roughly, baby Joshua and i will be boarding a plane and going home....i can only hope i make it thru these next 94 days. i moved out of my parents house for a reason at 16, and now i am having to stay here again and its not going so great, but george really cant afford for me to have my own apartment while im here waiting for the baby to come, and pay all of our bills over there, plus save money for the baby and the canadian immigration fees.....so here i sit, and like i said its not going well.

much love to all~

I'll be praying for you :luv:(F) .

Awwwww shux now look what's happened.

Jackie sweetie we know you are one of the kindest, most caring, most unconditionally supportive person on this whole site. You would never intentionally hurt a fly, much less any member here.

Don't make me get out the cat pix.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

i wouldnt have it any other way. i love george. i went into this whole marriage with my eyes WIDE open, knowing immigration to America would be almost impossible, but i fell in love with him, and you really cant help who you love. i wish some days things could be different, but God doesnt give us more then we can handle, though some days i think he tests us to the limit. I know one day i will have both my heart and my soul together under one roof at one time, but right now it just cant be that way....and thats just life right now....even if i dont like it much.

He's with you. He's in your heart, and in the baby you are carrying. Take good care of yourself -- and remember, you have a LOT of wonderful happy times coming. The next time you see your husband insha'allah you will be putting his baby son in his arms. This moment will be worth everything.

Hang in there.

Ok cake, who said something about cake, and eating by themselves. :crying: I love love love love cake, and of course being a diabetic, I should eat that sugar less stuff, but the real sugar, ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh so good. Arizona is really nice and the weather is wonderful, a little hot in the summer, but that is what air conditioning is all about.

Ok if I can't have cake than I can at least look at it.

Cake anyone?????????

bdayfunkyzp7.jpg

Oooooo, my cake is done! I baked a German Chocolate Cake with coconut and pecan frosting.

Im diabetic , too , but Im going to celebrate and have me a slumber party with just me and the Almighty.
