I got married a month ago and recently started to do paperworks for AOS. Just few days ago I received my Birth Certificate sent by my parents. I was really suprised when I saw it because I have a diffrent middle names on BC and passport. I don't really know how did that happend, I guess i made a mistake when I was filling papers for my passport and nobody correct it

I didn't really pay to much attention to it in my home country since nobody really ask for it, but here in US it is diffrent I have my middle name on SSN and all kind of other stuff like marriage licence, bank accounts etc.

I dont know what should I do now? Should I just fill all the paperworks with two different names on it?!

I can't really go back cause my visa is about to expire!

I think that you can file with the name that you adopt when you filed for SSN (what's your gender??). Another correct thing that you can do it is to correct your BC or passport accordly which is the one wrong, but if you already have the visa, how the american consulate didn't check it when they issue it?? what part of your middle name is wrong? all? a letter? If you will wanna correct it, it's easier but depend of the gravity of the "mistake"...

Good luck
