My fiance has a child that she will be bringing along with her and I have not been successful on finding information about additional things I need to do if any. I have completed the I-129F, 2 g-325As, and letters of intent. Is there anything extra I have to do to obtain the k2 Visa that I need to send along with this information? Of course I included the childs information in question 13 on the I-129F, but is there anything else I need to do? I have a passport style photo of him and also pictures with him that I was going to send also. Just can't figure out if anything else is requiered? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As far as I know (not 100% positive though), there is nothing extra (paperwork) that you need to include with your initial K-1 petition. At the interview stage, the form DS-156K will ask her (or whoever fills it out) to include the name(s) of her child(ren) and whether they will join you, will not join you, or will follow at a later time. You would check "will join" next to the child's name. The child will have to go thru the same procedures as your novia (medical, vaccines, passport, photo, birth certificate, you may need the biological father's permission). I am going thru this with my fiancee but her kid will join us at a later time once we have settled in and she has her Advanced Parole (travel) document, we'll go back for the kid, so I didn't include anything more in the original petition. But I think it's the same in your case. You have to list the kid on the petition, and the interview stage is where you actually apply for their k-2 visa.

Hopefully, somebody who is more sure will respond.

Thanks a lot. I'm pretty sure your right, I just didn't want to miss anything before I send this in.
