I-34 tax question

Ok sorry to keep beating a dead horse..

but I am sending my fiance a packet with my avadavit of support. I made well above the povery line in 2006 and ( I am sure for 2007 I made the same) however I have many many write offs and my accountant has filed an extension for 2007. Should I include this in the packet for my fiance. The instructions from Italian consulate requested that 3 weeks after we faxed info.. which is today we could set up interview.. which from reading other italian consulate threads can happen within a few days. Which puts me right ahead of April 15th.. Can I always fax the consulte with my 2007 companies tax return if need be?

If your interview is before April, you should be able to get by without the 2007 return. However, if I were in your shoes, I would have informed my accountant that an early return filing was critical and why and then expected him to comply with my request. You are the customer.
