I'm 4'11. I don't think I'm stress at all :) But since then I'm really skinny. I don't get easily sick and perfectly ok. I even take some vitamins before. Maybe it's my metabolism but I'm also wondering because I'm not getting any younger anymore. I'm happy about not gaining any weight because I can eat anything anytime, just so being skinny is not healthy also. When I left PI people I knew telling me that I will gain weight here.

:wow: Good for those who have fast metabolism! But for the likes of me...got to watch what we eat.

Good thing, my hubby is a distributor of herbalife. Now, I can eat anything I like and if I feel like I'm tipping the scale then all I have to do is go back to the Herbalife diet until I'm quickly back to my desired weight which is 115-120 lbs. BTW, I'm 5'3.

Filed: AOS (apr) Country: Philippines
Timeline

I've been here for a year, i was 84lbs and 4'11" when i first got here. Me and my husband loved to eat, sometimes we dine out or sometimes we cook at home, we do have a gym membership which we suppose to go 4 days a week but we only use two days of it everyweek. Last summer gained so much weight about 11lbs. and my belly was bulging like a baloon, my outfits that i brought with me from the Philippines didn't fit me anymore. I was devastated, i used to be so skinny, i tried to control my eating habit but i can't, how can you resist american foods?. Well, luckily when fall came i started to shrink and now i'm back to my original size. Its funny you know, eventhough i gained 11 lbs. i can't still fit on american size ladies clothes, so i shopped at children's department. Well, it doesn't matter if we lose or gain weight just feel good about it.
