going to the interview without the medical results

i'm feeling a little worried about my interview, which is on tuesday, because i'll be going without the results of my medical. i had my medical already, sure everything is fine, but the docs will be holding the results until i'm 27 (6th april) so that i don't have to have the HPV vaccine. i was told this would be fine, and would just delay getting the visa until after my birthday, but i'm stressing about having to go to the interview without the medical results being there. has anyone else been in a similar situation and can reassure me that it'll be ok?

I haven't done that myself, but I've heard of people who have, and I've never heard of it being a problem

what tends to happen - presuming everything else is in order, of course - is that you get 'approved pending receipt of the medical results', and the final approval is just delayed until they get the medical stuff... just a formality

London tends to be pretty good at all that sort of stuff, from what I can see
