I'm not sure what is your problem your talking about.... but if you are in the right time to apply for citizenship, i guess you could. But about your kid's that are not being petitioned by your husband when you went to US and you being as an immigrant, i guess you can't apply citizenship for them.... hence ... when you get your citizenship, i guess the only right thing for you to do, As the biological mother of the 2 kids which is in the philippines and never lived with you and your husband on the duration of your immigration, is to petition your 2 kid's to come to the US.

Correct me if I'm wrong ... but as I understand your situation, your the only one being petitioned by your american husband, and not your 2 kids in the philippines, who being left behind in the philippines, in the whole duration of you being immgrant and until now as your application for citizenship is coming now.

Goodluck!

THIS IS MY PROBLEM:

i'm currently living here in NC, been here for almost 4 yrs...already a LPR holder... my life is full of complications even upon starting my petition processing. 1st: i had my middle name wrong because of some clerical error. Instead of Nolasco the name appears on my BC is Lelasco... what i did, so just not to delayed the process i just used what is in the records which is the Lelasco. Because i was pregnant from my fiance that time and he want me to actually deliver in the U.S... 2nd prob: i had 2 other kids( from a 1st relationship) wherein i didn't include in any of the paperworks i did that time, not even let consular officer know i had other kids... because they had a falsificated BC, because my former bf that time wants the kids to get his name but we're not married and under the new family code babies born to an unwed parents has to keep the mom's name....and since i know that it will take a very long time and money before the prob gets straighten up... i just opt not to include them and planned to just save up some money and take care of it once i'm already here...Now they are 16 and 14... i wanted them so bad to be with me....

Question:

1. Can i still petition them even though they don't appear on any of my papers before?

2. Am i not going to be in trouble with the immigration because of lying about my kids?

i need help please give advice on what's best to do... i love my kids and i want them to be with me

I can definitely verify a 100% that they are my kids ... i had pix from when they are babies, activities in school and a lot more family pix and i'm working on fixing their birth certificates right now.....

Your biggest obstacle right now appears to be correcting their birth certificates, so that you can demonstrate that they are indeed your children. After that, you can deal with the immigration issue.

REALLY?????.... somehow you gave me hope because i don't actually had so much worries right now on fixing their birth certificates.... what i'm really worried about is that the immigration officer will found out that i lie to them once and will deny the petition.

Well, that is a separate issue. Without the proof that they are your children, you have no ability to petition them. Lie or otherwise. No?
