Maybe it's just another try to sue the heck out of a big company. Just like that lady who tried to sue money out of Wendy's by putting a cut off finger in her chilli. The story turned out to be fake, too.

I work for one of the big airlines and I hear it all the time when people don't get what they want: "I'm gonna sue XXX ....", "I know your CEO..." , " I'm gonna have you fired..." BLABLABLABLA....
