My sweetie has an appointment at the DFA on friday to get her passport. She has the form filled out and here is what my sweetie has.

She has

1. NSO Birth Certificate on the proper paper

2. BOTH NBI and PNP Clearances

3. Postal ID

4. Baptismal Certificate

5. The proper Passport Photos

I feel this should get her a passport. Does anyone have anything else to suggest?

Thank you

TexPamp

The objective of this program is to help Filipino fiancé(e)s and spouses of foreign nationals make informed decisions regarding their marriage to foreign nationals and to prepare them for their adjustments in cross-cultural marriages.

Among others, Filipino fiancé(e)s and spouses are provided with the following information:

* Migration laws affecting them;

* Welfare and support services available abroad;

* Coping up with problematic or difficult domestic situations.

Sweetie went to DFA in Pasay on Monday and it seems there wasn't enough ID. They now want SSS ID or Voters ID or a drivers license.

She tried the SSS office in Montalban in Rizal but they told her she needs to go through her employer to initiate that.

For Voters ID she was told she can register but no ID. Hmmmm thats weird.

Next is driver learner permit. Right now she is at her mothers near San Mateo Rizal. I am sure there is a Land Tranportation Office there. Not sure of the location though.

Well, this is where things stand so far.
