It has been 2 months i did not get finger prints letter

It has been 2 months i did not get finger prints letter, I call th IO and she told me that looks like they are doing you finger prints first before they will call you for finger prints, I have never heard something like this before, I do not know what to do and also i cannot tract my application number online???

I also didn't get my biometrics appointment almost two months after NOA so I called and they sent me a letter in three days. You have to call at least couple of times and try to speak with different immigration officers so you can figure out what is going on. Also you need a case number from BIO letter to follow your case online. If all else fails try making an INFO pass appointment, maybe they can help.
