urgent i need help

The father of my daughter just contacted me as he kind of agree to give me authorisation to take my daughter out ohf country ( he has no PR but would cost me less to have notarised letter from him than to have to get letter from sollicitor)

that is what i told him letter should look like but he says he is not correct ...I am French and my english not always perfect

" The letter i need should be as follow;

I, Mr Bryan HOLMES born on 11.06.1954 and residing at ?????????????? authorized Mrsxxxxxxxxxxxx( mother) to take my daughter xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (my daughter) to immigrate and live permanently in the USA.

This letter is you agree to do it needs to be signed in a notary office with your passport and proof of where you live (any house bill with your name on it). I have a notary office in Gants Hill but if you want something closer to you it is ok

I think the letter is ok, however, you have to make sure that it is properly notorized and that the passport photos are clear and complete. You may even want to confirm via e-mail with the embassy that the wording is good and that your list of proofs (notorization, passport copy, etc.) is adequate. They may not respond until they have the file in hand (or a case number) but it's worth asking anyway.

Congratulations, I know this is always a big concern for any person bringing a mother and child into the US.
