HI

how is everyone today? i think it is quite possible that I might have my interview within a month. I have all of my tax information for the year 2006 and subsequent years. I do not have 2007 done yet because i own a company and it is complicated to do them really quick. I might be able to get it done in two weeks if I really need to. What do you think will it matter if I dont have the 2007 return. I think my interview will probaply be April 14th?

Also does my fiances birth certificate is in French will this have to be translated?

thank you in advance..

If its prior to April 15th then you should be okay - make sure and have the explanation ready if they ask. I am not sure about the Moraccon embassy requirements but to be safe have the birth certificate translated. I had my wife (from Colombia) get two copiers of the translation and used one with her AOS (green card application) - so have her get two copies just to be on the safe side. Good Luck
