I am getting married and filing the CR1 in africa. Do I have to get the forms from the DHS or can I just down load them and fill them out. This process is a lot of work. The embassy has agreed to help me with DCF. But have said to contact my local DHS to request the Forms. I have not seen anything that is different in the forms.

Thanks in advance.

You can download them and fill them out on a computer, then print them out.

DCF requires I-130, I-864, and 2 G-325As from DHS

The I-864 can be tricky for some, it REQUIRES evidence that you maintained US domicile, and also require IRS returns.

You can get IRS transcripts here: http://www.irs.gov/faqs/faq1-6.html
