101 DAYS NO EAD

OK SO I CALLED...THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT UNTIL IT'S 30 DAYS LATE

OK SO IT'S 11 DAYS OVERDUE AND I AM SO ANGRY IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY

OK SO I TRIED THIS WHOLE INFOPASS THING WHICH, APPARENTLY, IS NOT DONE IN MY AREA OR SOMETHING

I GUESS MONDAY I WILL HAVE TO GO AND LITERALLY BANG ON DOORS. WILL SOMEONE LISTEN TO ME? THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

My EAD got 101 days to be approved too~

Pls check carefully what time will be opened for your local office before you go to bang on their door!!

Because when I made an appt for the InfoPass in late Feb, there is only ONE available date for me to choose, it was March 11th!!!

I don't know. I have been tryng forever to make an infopass and it just doesn't seem to work for me. I've been at their office twice though for my biometrics appointment and GC interview. Both days were relaxed and only few people there.

So I will try my luck on monday

Hi, i just wanted to say i'm praying for you. This endless line of bureaucracy going on is sickening everybody, just don't loose too much temper, let's hope you're soon going to be done.

You've had your GC interview already? If so, you shouldn't be awaiting EAD, because EAD is not valid once your GC is approved.

You've had your GC interview already? If so, you shouldn't be awaiting EAD, because EAD is not valid once your GC is approved.

I had my GC interview but it hasn't really been approved. I mean yeah I have been approved but not completely. They are doing their background check that can take up to 6 months...so I still need my EAD
