 hello v'jers,my fiance dont have middle initial.Im worried if it may cause of the problem for the petition. Thanks any input would be appreciated.. :help:

If you/your-fiancé don't have a middle name then simply write "N/A" on any forms that have a specific area for Middle Name - it is not uncommon to not have a middle name.

This is not a problem, and is asked about all the time my wife's name consists of 2 Chinese characters (Family and Given), so no middle name, we just left it blank, or you can write NONE there also.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

if your fiancee from philippines, if she is an illegitimate child, she cant have a middle name only her family name from her mother. but now they implement a new law even a child is illegitimate or not her parents married legally, she or he can have use his father's family name if the father will sign at the back of her/his birth certificate.

if your fiancee her parents married legally but on her birth certificate without a middle maybe you can ask a lawyer about it or go to the place where she is born or registered in their local civil registry. there are process or steps to be done to add her middle name. like what i have done correction of entry in my birth certificate.
