i got my EAD in may 07 and now i sent an EAD renewal and ve my biometrics of the EAD IN 21 march......but i don t care about the EAD i care about the AOS it ve been a year and few months!!!

.. So OK.. it means I will get my EAD only in July??? I don't worry about GC as I know it will arrive someday anyway as we did everything according US Immigration law... what I need ASAP is EAD so I can start working and help my husband ... currently he works on 2 jobs so him and myself can leave in normal conditions.. as for AOS don't worry as you will receive it soon...

but what I noticed here in Orlando is rude attitude in Orlando USCIS office which locates close to Orlando International Airport.. 2 months ago we got INFOPASS so you can take some advice from them before AOS filing… but lady over there was very rude to us and treated us like I was an illegal, but when she say my K-1 visa she relaxed a little bit… she gave us applications and said “Goodbye as I don’t have time”… It was so rude and unprofessional!!!

i also went on infopass last month and it was a man and he was so rude too and he didn t give me specific answer. moreover,his english is so bad and most of his words i didn t understand it....i don t know how they hire those ppl.

i just want to get my GC to move to another state coz florida don t ve alot of apportunits for work and slow

I know!!! Florida is a beautiful place for vacation or retirement... but regarding jobs and opportunities .. If you don't have anyone here within corporations... good luck with job haunting... My husband is a teacher so it is a little bit better for us... but let's see what will happened with my job haunting... hopefully i will find a good place...

EADs and APs are adjudicated by MSC. The only thing that can hold you up locally is if your ASC (biometrics place) is backlogged.

if your biometrics place has a lot of appointments, then the office will be busier, and this one piece can hold up adjudication of the EAD (I am talking a few weeks only or so).

Chicago---->MSC for EAD & AP.
