NOA or I-797

Hi, can someone tell me what the NOAs or I-797 look like? The k-1 went fine, we got married w/in the 90 days, and are now working on Adjustment of Status. It says we need to include the fiance petition approval notice with the application. Is this simply the letter that was addresseed to me, the petitioner, saying that the National Visa Center had received an approved I-129F on behalf of my fiance??? This letter includes an "INS receipt number" and a case number and a bar code. It does not say I-797 anywhere.

The one this link is an old format, you should have the newer one with additional Printing with I-797, Notice of Action on the Top Left coner...

It is your NOA2 for K1
