Good Morning to all! Happy Friday, everyone.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Happy Friday everyone! Those at work who had the pool for my boss taking off Friday won. He just cannot come in for 5 days a week. Amazing.

Another day doing nothing! T.V isn't even entertaining now. I'm thinking about taking up cross-stitching for a while. I could finish up some scrapbooking too.

How about getting into some good books? Once I found Brian Haig I had to get all of his books and can't wait to get to read them all!!! It's awesome when you find an author that makes reading fun! :thumbs:

01/26/2008 visa in hand with a typo :(

02/03/2008 2 weeks more of waiting.... Visa in hand...... :)

2/20/2008 on US soil :)

2/21/2008 marriage :)

03/12/2008 Sent AOS/Work/Travel

03/16/2008 shows delivered chicago

4/12/2008 check cashed :)

4/13/2008 NOA's for all 3

4/18/2008 bio letter

4/29/2008 bio appt.

5/06/2008 RFE 2007 tax return

5/07/2008 returned RFE overnight

5/08/2008 received-lees summit

5/12/08 case updated online/RFE received

5/27/08 checked the website for the third time today -says AP and EAD approval letter sent 5/24- it was not updated online till today - and no e-mail update either

5/27/08 emails sent in afternoon AP and EAD approvals

5/29/08 AP touch

5/29/08 email EAD card production ordered

6/02/08 AP in hand

6/03/08 email EAD card mailed

6/05/08 EAD card in hand :)

7/28/08 AOS letter received

9/02/08 AOS interview

9/10/08 card production ordered email :)

9/17/08 welcome letter email and snail mail arrive same day

9/19/08 Greencard in hand :)

I don't know if anyone uses that movie thing from Amazon where you can buy and download a movie or a tv show and watch it via your computer? I downloaded a TON of episodes of Heroes but I don't use that computer anymore and I'm trying to see if I can watch them instead on my new computer. I still have access to the old one but would rather view them on the big screen monitor.

Or better yet, anyone know how to make it so that you can watch it on a tv using what is on your laptop? Just thinking ahead because when the new episodes pop up i would love it if my husband were totally up to date. :)

Yeh, I seriously need to get some good books. I am addicted to HSN now. NOT GOOD! :whistle: I'm up to 30,000 MEEZ coinz now! LOL!

I work this weekend so its really my Thursday so *grumble grumble* any mean ppl can take a flyin leap! :lol:

I am now officially Amal at work. I had a muslim customer that I helped with some stuff and she wanted to know my name. She couldn't pronounce my legal name so I told her..just ask for Amal, that's easier! :lol:

Hubster still against the 2 wabbits. I am keepin' them no matter what he says. I'm a big girl, I can have wabbits if I want wabbits!!!!!
