In part 2 wich option should i choose ?? me and my wife were trying to figure out this for a while .. PART 2 ..APPLICATION TYPE.. i dont know if should i choose option H and explain.. I came here in 1999 with a i94 as a visitor and never left and i just got married in 01-02-2008, any help would be appreciated thank you ...

Option A is the one you want....

a. an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been

approved. (Attach a copy of the approval notice, or a relative, special immigrant juvenile or

special immigrant military visa petition filed with this application that will give you an

immediately available visa number, if approved.)

Your I-130 will be adjudicated at the same time as your I-485...
