Timeline

I am the USC I own a company and my salary shown last year was well above the 125% guidelines. I am embarrassed to say I don't have savings. Will this matter for avadavit of support? thank you regina

As long as you meet 125% of the poverty line, you are good to go. Just like you, I don't have saving either, most USC actually don't have savings, and I bet more than 70% live paycheck to paycheck. Anyways, when you fill out your Avidavit of support, you don't have to disclose any bank accounts, or property you own, just only the salary you make and you will be fine. All I put on each of the lines asking for monetary value (savings account , retirement funds, poperty value, etc) was, "Not Reported". Good luck.

If you meet the poverty guidelines on income alone you do not need to provide any information on assets, savings etc.

They are more concerned with INCOME so don't worry about bank savings and asset part.
