icic...now I understand your situation!!

How about pre-wedding pics? Did you guys take some? If nope, I think maybe just show some group pics with your husband, his family and friends...and some pics took at your home (that shows u two are living together)

I hope this can help you...Don't worry, cause I heard many ppl filed their AOS before wedding ceremony.

Don't worry too much. You can explain why you don't have wedding pictures if asked. I took 2 wedding pictures and another 20 or so pictures of us together and with friends or family in an envelope for the interview. He didn't even open the envelope, so I have them back somewhere in the house - I misplaced the envelope - :lol:

07/07/2009--Original Date for my Biometrics Schedule

07/02/2009--Received Cancellation Notice for my original biometrics appointment

07/16/2009--New Biometrics Schedule Received (dated 06/26/2009)

10/24/2009--Received Letter of Approval, Date of Decision 10/20/2009

11/06/2009--Finally received my 10 year Green Card in the mail

10/24/2011-- Documents delivered @ 12:05pm per USPS website

We didn't take any, there's nothing much they're going to be able to do. Not like they can deny us based on the fact we chose not to take photos.

We proably won't have an interview, but I would have happily told them I was far too fat for photos on our wedding day!

09/18/2020 - NOA via text

06/05/2021 - Notification of biometrics scheduled

09/17/2021 - Interview - decision cannot be made

11/24/2021 - Denial letter, 30 days to appeal

12/24/2021 - Appeal sent back with I-912 waiver

12/24/2021 - Motion to terminate deportation proceedings from 2013 filed

We sent in pictures with our AOS package. Got approved without an interview. Don't know if that helped or was the reason or not; but I was happy for no interview.

Hoping the same for LOC.
