When filing AOS, Is it necessary to include the wedding pictures? How important is that?

I think it's one of the relationship evidence, that you guys are legally married.

Yeah, no relationship evidence is required as part of the packet, but it may be asked for at the interview, if you have an interview.

Relationship evidence is needed if filing I-130. Not everybody is doing an AOS from a K-1.

Sending wedding pictures is a good idea, if filing I-130 as you need to prove a bona fide marriage.

You don't need wedding photos in filing AOS..only for interview. You only need a certified copy of marriage certificate as evidence that you are legally married. Others send a photocopy but we sent the original.

I really cannot say that you don't need wedding pictures, what I can say is that I didn't send any picture on my AOS package and so far i haven't received any RFE for not doing so. You will need to bring them w/you to the interview, that's for sure.

Thank you so much guys....

During our civil wedding we don't have pictures..Only Chris, Me and the deputy clerk was in the court room and nobody can take picture for us that is why we failed to have one.

We are planning to have a ceremony, hopefully a church wedding but we don't know when maybe few months from now and so by then we can have wedding pictures...

What if I will file my AOS before our next wedding and if they will ask me for wedding pictures and can't present one, What are the consequences? or Do we need to go back to the clerk and ask for picture taking incase I will submit my AOS before our next ceremony?

icic...now I understand your situation!!

How about pre-wedding pics? Did you guys take some? If nope, I think maybe just show some group pics with your husband, his family and friends...and some pics took at your home (that shows u two are living together)

I hope this can help you...Don't worry, cause I heard many ppl filed their AOS before wedding ceremony.
