Hi Everyone,

I emailed the Italian Consulate with my fiances case number and they emailed me back packet three. I am thrilled.. I have two questions for this next step..

1) can i fill out paperwork on behalf of my fiance ( i did this for 29F and there is a spot on form that says prepared by)

2) my fiance was born in morroco and his passport in French. Does this need to be translated into English and if so I have a translation converter on my computer I can use to convert the documents?

I want to thank everyone in advance that has help me and my fiance this far.. I am so happy that we are so close and I can not think the support of this group enough.

why would you translate the passport ?

Removal of conditions

01.11.2011 Remove conditions GC I-751 ($590)

01.18.2011 NOA1

02.24.2011 Biometric

03.25.2011 Approved

03.28.2011 Notice sent

03.31.2011 Received new green card (and it's green !)
 

AOS/EAD/AP from K1

02.23.2009 Notice for interview (1.5 month late compared to LA statistics)

You can fill out the forms for your fiance :)

I'm not sure if you need the passport translated. I would think not.

Thanks for papers.. also I meant translate his birth certificate ( not passport) :whistle: it is in French.. sorry ( he lives in Italy so I assume it needs to be in English or Italian) I dont know maybe not.. what do you this
