Hi guys,

If anyone can help me I will be very appreciate. Me and my husband we don't have health insurance and dental plan, and I would like to know how to find good plan, I mean what would be the best "deal".

We live in NYC and if anyone have experience about it. Please let us know :-)))

How deep are your pockets? Insurance is expensive....

Well thats why I am asking, I mean is any website that I can check different insurance company, I mean I have no idea about this at all :wacko:

If your self employed look up NASE (National Association for the Self Employed) They have good rates. Other than that you're probably going to pay through the nose. Choose a high deductible and keep a credit card handy to cover the deductible if you ever need it. You'll save money on premiums that way.

Call Blue Cross Blue Shield and ask about their individual policies. I have used their individual policies in Florida, Arkansas and Texas. They are affordable and good. They are also easy to understand what you will be getting. Do not use a Limited Medical Policy or AFLAC they are not very good if you ever get hurt or really get sick.

We have kaiser,its expensive but good,since it covers 100% and only co-pay each visit is around 10baks..but hey it covers all big since like pregnancy and having baby,all accidnets that can happen..anything...
