5th February 2008 - I-129F forms sent for K1 visa (VSC)

26th March 2008 - NOA2 recieved via email

19th May 2008 - Interview............APPROVED!!!!!!

21st May 2008 - Visa in hand

29th July 2008 - POE

2nd September 2008 - Married

19th September - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP to Chicago lockbox

25th September - Check cashed $1010.00 (OUCH!!)

29th September - Received NOA's for AOS/EAD/AP

13th October - AOS Petition transferred to CSC!!!

17th October - Biometrics (Tampa Office)

17th October - AOS/EAD Touched

20th October - AOS Touched

21st October - AOS Touched

6th November - AOS/EAD/AP Touched (probably due to change of address)

10th December - EAD approved

28th January 2009 - GC approved without interview. Done with all this till 2011!!!!!!!!

NOthing not even a touch since Feb 24... Veronica&Igor sent thier petition and recieved NOA1s at the same time as me and they were also touched on the 24th of Feba nd they were approved... I am hoping my time is now

Emmett Fitz-Hume: I'm sorry I'm late, I had to attend the reading of a will. I had to stay till the very end, and I found out I received nothing... broke my arm.

Me too but i'm trying not to get bent out of shape about it. We'll all get our turn eventually. Who knows how they decide who goes first....?

Either way, i've FINALLY realised that stressing wont hurry it up.

yeah... I think that a lot of us who applied January- February were anticipating a much longer wait... my timeline says May still. So when things heated up we all want to be approved and when we aren't we are like "what the ####!". Also I am leaving back to the USA in April and we will be apart for the longest since we met and I wanted to have the NOA2 beforehand.

She is stressing worse than me though...

I wont get to see Toby again now until I have the visa in hand - we just cant afford it as we're trying to save for a house.

When I started seeing all the early approvals, I got a little excited and kept expecting to see mine - I should have known better! I don't get that kind of good luck! Not ever...

We were also touched the 24th, and nothing since. NOA 1 on Feb 5.

I'm trying not to get too nervous.... I figure it just depends on whose desk you end up on.
