Packet 3

Hello,

I have a question regarding Packet 3 from the London Embassy. We just received our NOA2 and I know it will take time to receive packet 3, but my question is; Do we need to attach copies of I-130, birth certificate,etc. that is listed on the D156K to begin the embassy process or do we just fill in the form and provide originals and 1 copy at the time of interview. Im confused due to what is noted on the D156K. Any input from those that have gone through the London Embassy would be most helpful. Thank you

All required documents are taken with you to the interview. The DS156 DS156K DS230S DS157 and checklist are returned to the embassy to get your interview date.

Exactly right, just fill in the forms and send them back and take all the evidence to the interview with you. As an added word of advice if you havent already applied for your police check DO IT NOW!! It really does take the full 45 days and is normally the thing people are sitting around waiting for
