NVC new case number?

hello, VJ family, I need help, my husband got the I-130 NOA2 on 27th Feb , i read some posts that some filers had their new NVC case number soon, but we still have nothing, is this normal? how long it will take to get a new case number without use james shortcut?, how your guys got it? what is the next step after you got the I-130 NOA2 ?

roughly, it takes around 20-30 days for case number to be assigned. you can keep checking the NVC automated system 603-334-0700

Email NVC with your USCIS receipt number. They can update you. Call them also.

Email NVC with your USCIS receipt number. They can update you. Call them also.

Call the NVC. I called 7 days after ours left the CSC and got the new case number. Dont use the automated system it doesnt update much
